An experienced Consultant, Lead Auditor and Trainer with wide experience in supporting small and medium sized businesses in implementing systems to manage their business risks and improve competitiveness. Currently working with organizations to implement, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22000, among others. ‘Yemi is experienced in both developing effective training courses and delivering them in several countries around the globe.
Following a varied set of roles in Quality Assurance and Food Safety, he trained and qualified as a Lead Auditor to the ISO 9001 standard. Actively providing contract Lead Auditor services to 3 UKAS accredited certification bodies, to deliver third party certification audits to ISO standards.
In 2015, Yemi authored the book “20 Toughest Questions on the Internal Audit of ISO 9001 Systems and their very practical answers". He founded Charis Management Systems in Preston in 2012 and Charis The Training Company in 2016. ‘Yemi was awarded Chartered Manager status by the Chartered Management Institute in 2011.
